The 2011 Chrysler 200 Convertible will make its world debut at the 2011 Chicago Auto Show on February 9, the automaker confirmed on Friday. The debut is about a month earlier than anticipated, since the successor to the midsize Sebring convertible had been expected to debut at the 2011 Geneva Auto Show.

The Chrysler 200 Convertible features new sheet metal, upgraded suspension, revised interior and the availability of the Pentastar 3.6-liter V6 and six-speed automatic transmission. The base engine is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder mated to a six-speed transmission.
